As a family owned maple sugaring operation we are committed to doing everything possible to preserve our local environment and to be good stewards of our land from where our syrup comes from.

One of our primary goals is to maintain the health of our trees and to promote their growth so that this property will remain a productive sugarbush and a thriving balanced ecosystem for generations to come. Along with producing top quality maple syrup we also manage our land for a variety of forest types and to sustain a diverse community of wildlife.

This means using sound sustainable practices, today, in our sugarbush, in how we produce, and in our sugarhouse.
During our four years of research and planning for Sugarbush Hill the principles of sustainability and energy conservation were a constant in our decision making process.
